How Does a PersonnelPlus Internship Work?

The goal of a PersonnelPlus Internship is not to find a job for an individual, but provide a solid work experience that benefits your business as well as the intern. PersonnelPlus Internships are much like college internships, however we provide a professional trainer to assist with the training as well as assess performance.  An internship usually last for 5 days, 2hours each day and are arranged around your business needs.

During the internship, PersonnelPlus will; pay the Job Trainer’s salary, pay the individual’s salary and provide Workers Compensation.
