Join The Conversation! With Rehabilitation Services Commission
Throughout March, the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission (ORSC) will host 12 Café Conversations at locations statewide. These meetings will give people with disabilities, their families, employers, community leaders and others the chance to shape Ohio’s employment services for people with disabilities.
Administrator Michael Rench will be conducting the meetings and will be in Athens on March 29, 2010, 4 - 6 p.m. at Ohio University, Baker University Center, Room 240. PersonnelPlus is very excited for this event and hopes that everyone makes a great effort to attend and help represent Athens area individuals, families and businesses.
Guests will gather in small groups to share thoughts on questions that are important to the lives, work experiences and communities of people with disabilities and their families. Ideas, patterns and themes from the discussions will be compiled and used to shape future state services such as employment, vocational rehabilitation, transitional youth and independent living.
